Sai um pouco do meu foco e comecei a lidar com organização, implantação de sistemas, coordenação. Senti a necessidade então de aplicar algum mecanismo, processo de controle no que fazia, melhor controlar minha agenda, lidar com o conflito entre mulher e trabalho, afinal quem não sofre com isso? Pois é, sou mais um mortal que sofre.
Comecei a procurar então por algo que me ajudasse. Foi então que cheguei ao Scrum. Uma metodologia simples e objetiva. Ainda estou fazendo meus estudos sobre a metodologia, sobre projetos, porém até agora estou bastante satisfeito com o que vi e apliquei.
O Scrum não é somente para projetos de software, ele na verdade é um processo ágil de desenvolvimento de produto ou administração de qualquer trabalho iterativo e incremental. Ele é bem versátil, acredito que este é o grande sucesso do Scrum, facilidade, simplicidade, objetividade.
De forma bem resumida após você analisar os requisitos e prioridades do projeto (Product Backlog) junto ao dono do produto final (Product Owner) você planeja o seu projeto em releases (Sprint) de no máximo 30 dias e atividades pertencendo a estes releases, e a cada dia você faz uma breve reunião (Daily Scrum) que não passa de 30 minutos e fazendo as mesmas perguntas :
"O que eu fiz desde a última reunião do Scrum?" (Ontem)
O que eu irei fazer antes da próxima reuniáo do Scrum? (Hoje)
O que me impede de fazer meu trabalho da maneira mais eficiente possível?
